As we get closer to Summer, your delivery may experience some delay due to the weather. We'll keep an eye out for temperature closer to the delivery date to ensure the chocolate arrives safely on your doorstop.

Once you have completed you purchase, you will receive an email with your order details. If you have completed the payment of your order but the confirmation email is still missing, please contact us here.

REFUND POLICY
URKU is happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have tried our products, but still don’t feel satisfied with the experience, don’t hesitate and contact us.
Complaints must be submitted via email to hello@urku.com.au. Requests will only be considered within a 48 hour window after you have received your order. Our Staff will go over your request and layout a pathway to address it in a timely manner.
Please be reminded that refunds will be granted at our discretion. Once approved, refunds will take 5-7 days to be processed.
