Complying with strict food safety and handling regulations, URKU is unable to exchange products or accept returns on final sale items unless there is a product fault.

Complaints must be submitted via email to hello@urku.com.au. Requests will only be considered within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our Staff will review your request and outline a pathway to address it in a timely manner.

Please be reminded that refunds will be granted at our discretion. Once approved, refunds will take 5-7 days to be processed.
