How much does delivery cost?

Free shipping applies for orders over $75.
How long does it take orders to be dispatched?
From the time your order has been placed, dispatch can take up to 1-2 business days. Please be advised that these timings do not apply to peak periods.
During hotter months, we may be forced to delay the dispatch of your order to avoid extreme temperatures that might affect the quality of the product. No need to worry; we will make sure to keep you up-to-date.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Third-party carrier - Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you live within capital cities, you can expect your chocolate order to arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times* are an estimate only and may vary between metro and regional areas - especially, during peak periods.

FREE Delivery by our staff - (Greater Melbourne only)
Available Monday to Friday (8 am-6 pm) / Saturday (8 am-4 pm), including public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect your chocolate order to arrive within the same day.
*Delivery times are used as guidelines and can be directly impacted during peak periods, COVID-19, or as a consequence of unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. We thank you in advance for your patience.
**Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
How do I know my order is being processed?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with your order details. If you have completed your order's payment but still have not received a confirmation email, please contact us.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry! URKU does not ship to PO boxes.
Delivery and weather conditions
In Summer, we will keep an eye on weather conditions and keep you posted on any changes to your order.
Given the nature of our product, we recommend listing a delivery address where someone can receive the order in person. During hotter seasons, we will offer appropriate packaging to preserve the chocolate's qualities, though sometimes melting can be unavoidable due to extreme temperatures. Please be reminded that we do not take responsibility for conditions beyond our control, such as chocolate spoilage and/or melting due to exposure to high temperatures.
What happens if my item arrived damaged/melted?
No need to worry. We do our best to provide suitable packaging to avoid any damage or melting. Still not happy with your order? Please contact us via email at hello@urku.com.au, and we will do our best to review your request. Replacement and refund will remain at our discretion.
